This handbook is designed to guide you through setting up your profile, presenting your services professionally, and growing your practice within our ecosystem. It provides practical guidance to help you succeed while maintaining the high standards that define Healers Platform.

Please note that this handbook is a guidance document. All legal rights and obligations are governed by the Practitioner Agreement and platform policies.

1. Your Role on Healers Platform

As a practitioner on Healers Platform, you operate as an independent professional offering services through our digital ecosystem.

You:

Set your own prices
Control your availability
Choose your modalities

We provide:

Client discovery and AI guidance
Secure booking and payments
Trust, safety, and verification systems

Our goal is to help you focus on healing while we manage the platform infrastructure.

2. Getting Started: Profile Setup

Your profile is your professional identity and first impression. A complete, clear, and professional profile builds trust and attracts clients.

You are required to:

Upload a professional photo (neutral background, soft colors, good lighting)
Upload a short introduction video following the same visual standards
Write a clear and authentic biography
Upload valid licenses, certifications, or qualifications where applicable
Select your areas of expertise accurately

All profile information must be honest, accurate, and up to date.

Profile Visual & Branding Standards

All profile photos and videos must follow the platform’s visual guidelines.

Use neutral, soft, and light backgrounds

Avoid flashy colors, busy patterns, or strong contrasts
Do not use heavy filters or exaggerated effects
Ensure clear lighting and high image quality
Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming appearance

Content that does not meet these standards may be requested for revision.

Biography Guidelines

Your biography should be clear, professional, and client-focused.

Minimum length: 120 words
Maximum length: 250 words
Describe your background, approach, and areas of expertise
Explain how you support clients
Avoid exaggerated claims or guarantees
Use simple, respectful language

Incomplete or misleading biographies may affect profile approval and visibility.

3. Availability & Calendar Management

Set your availability in advance

Keep your calendar updated
Avoid frequent cancellations or no-shows
Use built-in reminders

Reliable scheduling strengthens client trust and platform visibility.

4. Bank Details & Payout Information

Provide accurate and up-to-date bank account details after registration on the Banking & Payout section on your dashboard.
Ensure all information matches your official banking records, including account holder name, bank name, account number, and IBAN/SWIFT code.
Incorrect or outdated details may result in delayed, failed, or lost payments.
Review and update your details whenever changes occur to ensure timely payouts

Healers Platform is not responsible for delays, failed transfers, or lost payments resulting from incorrect or outdated banking information.

5. Bookings, Payments & Earnings

All sessions must be booked, scheduled, and paid exclusively through Healers Platform.

This protects practitioners, clients, and the platform.
Payments are processed securely through the platform
A 25% platform service fee applies to each completed session
Practitioners receive 75% of session earnings
Optional membership plans and premium features may be introduced in the future
All prices and transactions are processed in USD
Payouts follow a standard clearance period of 21 days. Faster payout options or alternative schedules may be introduced through optional membership plans in the futur.
Off-platform payments or bookings are strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Ethics & Professional Standards

All practitioners are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

You must demonstrate:

Confidentiality
Respect and compassion
Clear professional boundaries
Honest representation of qualifications
Compliance with applicable laws and licenses
Cultural sensitivity

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

7. Session Guidelines

Before the Session

Review client information and intake forms
Prepare a quiet, professional environment
Test your equipment and connection

During the Session

Start on time and respect session duration
Explain the session flow clearly
Create a safe and supportive space
Focus on the client’s needs
Do not diagnose or prescribe medication

After the Session

Complete the post-session form
Provide key takeaways when appropriate
Suggest follow-ups only if beneficial
Encourage client feedback and reviews

8. Communication & Professional Boundaries

All communication must remain within the platform.

Practitioners may not:

Exchange personal contact details
Accept off-platform payments
Invite clients to private sessions elsewhere
Record sessions

Personal, romantic, or financial relationships with clients are strictly prohibited.

9. Safety, Scope & Emergency Protocol

Healers Platform is not designed for emergency situations.

You must:

Work only within your professional competence
Refer clients to medical or emergency services when necessary
Never claim to replace licensed healthcare

If a client shows signs of crisis:

1. Stop the session immediately

2. Direct the client to emergency services

3. Provide a local crisis hotline

4. Report the incident to the platform

Do not attempt crisis intervention.

10. Quality & Performance

Practitioner performance is evaluated through:

Client reviews and ratings
Session completion
Professional conduct

Repeated issues may lead to reduced visibility, suspension, or removal.

Consistent quality leads to long-term success.

11. Marketing & Growth on the Platform

To grow your practice:

Maintain an accurate and engaging profile
Share educational or supportive content
Participate in platform initiatives
Use available tools to improve visibility
Deliver consistent, high-quality care

Your success strengthens the platform ecosystem.

12. Cancellations, Refunds & Compliance

Practitioners must follow the platform’s:

Cancellation policies
Rescheduling rules
Refund procedures

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Healers Platform is not liable for individual practitioner advice or actions.

13. Platform Authority

Healers Platform reserves the right to:

Monitor practitioner activity
Investigate complaints
Enforce platform policies
Suspend, restrict, or remove accounts

This ensures safety, fairness, and trust.
